As a community-driven organization, ECOSLO is committed to empowering individuals and businesses alike to take meaningful action for the environment. From planting trees and organizing large-scale cleanup events, to helping local businesses achieve California’s Green Business Certification, our programs are making a tangible impact every day. Dinner will be provided by our first catering business to be certified as a Green Business, KOR Kitchen!
KOR Kitchen was born from love; love for family, for heritage, and for the comfort only a good meal can bring. Founded by Sophia Zekria, it is a celebration of Afghan resilience and hospitality. What began in her California kitchen became a way to preserve culture, build community, and share hope. We are so excited to welcome KOR Kitchen to the Green Business family and to offer Sophia's amazing food at SLOstice!
